TYPE: Variant Heshota Polychrome 

DATE: AD 1300 to 1400 (Lanmon & Harlow, 2008;62)

 

1Y This variant Heshota Polychrome bowl frament has a glaze-on-orange slipped interior, the

exterior has glaze and white paints on an orange slip along the upper portion of the bowl,  while

the base is slipped red (four colors). The paste is white.

Approximate Dimensions: 4 1/2" or 11.5 cm by 3" or 7.5 cm
