BOWL DESIGN PLACEMENT: Primary interior designs, secondary exterior designs.

COMMON DESIGNS: Designs are the same as Cedar Creek and Fourmile Polychromes. The only difference is that purple paint is added into the designs.

KEY DIFFERENCES: Purple, black, and white on red (4-colors).

SLIP OR SURFACE TREATMENT: Red slipped.

VARIETIES:

Cedar Creek Style and Fourmile Style

COMMENTS: This type has not been formally described, although it has been mentioned by Morris, E., 1957:20 Thesis (M.A.) University of Arizona. Dates are based on Cedar Creek and Fourmile Polychrome styles. The purple paint is also reminiscent of the Mogollon type Cibeque Polychrome.
