TYPE: Safford Red Corrugated DATE: A.D. 1250 to 1450 (see comments) KEY DIFFERENCES: Red slip. TEMPER: Fine to very fine quartz and/or gold or silver mica particles. COMMENTS: This type has not been formally recognized (new type). Dates are assumed to be the same as San Carlos Red-on-Brown as this type has reportedly been found in direct association with it.
