TYPE: Prescott Gray (AKA: Verde Gray, Prescott Plain) DATE: A.D. 800 - 1400 (NAU Online Ceramic Manual 2001) TEMPER: Medium to coarse granitic material, quartz, arkosic sand, feldspar, mica often present and usually silver in color but sometimes black or gold colored mica occurs.
