TYPE: Obelisk Brown

(AKA Obelisk Gray, Obelisk Utility)

DATE: A.D. 620 to 750 (Oppelt 2008:31)

KEY DIFFERENCES: Early forms, usually polished, fine temper, smooth to the touch, brown to gray in color. Lino Gray is not polished and has large temper particles protruding on the surface making it rough to the touch.
